MRK Karting Track Design

MRK / Planning guide

PLANNING A MULTI-LEVEL
KARTING TRACK.

What to prepare when planning a commercial multi-level go-kart track.

Start with your venue.

A multi-level karting project begins with the available space. A dimensioned floor plan, column grid, clear heights, access routes and photographs help define what can be explored. Building suitability and structural requirements must be assessed for the specific site.

What affects the cost?

Track geometry, elevated structure, materials, barriers, surface treatment, site access and installation scope all affect the budget. A renovation also depends on the condition of the existing circuit. A generic price per square metre cannot describe every project.

MRK discusses the requirements before preparing a tailored proposal. Include your project location and intended opening schedule when you contact us.

How much ceiling height is needed?

There is no single height that suits every track. Clearances depend on the structure, track configuration, building services and applicable project requirements. Share measured clear heights, including low points and obstructions.

Can you add levels to an existing circuit?

It may be possible, subject to the building, existing layout and project requirements. Review pit access, spectator areas, maintenance routes and the relationship between ground-level and elevated sections.

Think beyond the racing line.

Track protection, driving surface, guardrails, lighting and circulation should be discussed alongside the layout. Explore MRK karting barriers and MRK Water-Based Epoxy Coating track resin as part of the project scope.
